Some of the Services We Provide

Although this list is pretty lengthy it is never truly complete. We are called to do some of the most bizarre jobs and have been told many times that no one else would, in fact many people in the area refer to these sorts of jobs as “Todd jobs.” The list doesn’t end with septic and sewers, take a look at some of the other jobs we’ve done.

Either emergency or routine, septic tanks need to be pumped.  The MPCA recommends routine pumping every three years based on the average size family household. (3.5 people) Other system types will vary on the frequency needed for pumping.

If your system fails or you have a malfunction in the pump chamber, an emergency septic pumping is likely necessary.

No matter what you call yours, we will come to the site, remove the waste product, apply cleaner and sanitize the unit with a hot water pressure washer.  We’ll leave it with fresh tank deodorant and we’ll replace the sandpaper toilet paper with a soft, brand name toilet tissue.

Clogged toilets or slow draining pipes have a way of making daily living problematic.  When there is a drain backing up with something nasty or a stinky smell coming from a drain, you probably need a pipe line snaking. We have the machines to get it done!

Jetting a line uses high pressure hot water to clean out any sludge or debris that has accumulated in your pipes. Sludge is made up of bacteria and undissolved solids including hair, skin cells, oils, bath products, etc.  It normally builds up on the inside of your pipes and causes a slow flowing drain or even a complete clog in the pipe.

As is the case with other necessary household appliances, your septic system requires a functioning pump.  Your unique septic system requires a specific pump based on a number of factors including the distance of the drain field to the tank, the elevation of the system, and the overall size of the septic.  We will replace your malfunctioning pump with a high quality, warrantied pump.

Repairs stemming from leaking mounds, broken pipes, clogged drain fields, non-operating systems, sloughs in a pipe (underground pipes that sag and continuously hold liquid) or any random occurrence, we’ve probably helped with a similar dilemma and will bring our experience to solve your troubles.

For households in town, depending on your town/city ordinances, you are typically responsible for the issues in your house but also between your house to the city sewer/main line.  This usually includes the pipe repair and any cost associated with finding it and fixing it.  Depending on where the issue lies, this cost could include digging anywhere from the house to the street, possibly digging into the street to the main sewer line as well as any cost to fix the curb, gutter and pavement or asphalt.

This is the mystery job list. Some of the things we’ve done are too unique to publish.

Winter brings an assortment of weather related precipitation that may cause extra frustrations in your day.  If a new snowfall is upon us we will gladly help you out. We accept single plow requests up through routine plows based on the snowfall for the year. What works best for you is what we’ll do!

Minnesota winters call for extra safety precautions that may include the need for salt and/or sand to be applied to your driveway, sidewalks, and/or parking lots. We are available on a per need basis or contractually.

When the cold temperatures have your pipes frozen, give us a call.  We have all the gizmos and gadgets to solve your problems. Thawing service isn’t limited to just frozen pipes. If it’s frozen, we can help! This includes frozen livestock waterers and much more!
